超细晶硬质合金的发展

摘    要:综述国内外近年来以 WC为基以 Co、Ni为粘结相的超细晶硬质合金的研究成果。介绍了添加限制 WC晶粒长大的抑制剂的种类、数量和加入时机、方法对合金的组织和性能的影响 ,以及与此相关的碳含量、粘结相含量、烧结温度和 HIP处理对其组织和性能的影响。同时 ,介绍了抑制剂限制 WC晶粒长大的机理。

Abstract:This paper has reviewed some developments in ultra-fine grained WC based cemented carbide with Co or Ni binder during the last decade: The influences on structures and properties of cemented carbide relative to grain growth inhibitor addition including inhibitor kinds, amounts, addition means and the effects on alloy of C-content, binder-content, sintering temperature, HIPed treatment. Functional mechanism of grain growth inhibitor is introduced. KEY WORDS Inbibitor,Abnormal growth,Transverse,rupture strength,Hardressof decrease of the absorbance is linear with the amount of DNA. The determination conditions were optimized. The detection limit of 19.5 μg/L and linear range of 0~5 mg/L for the method were found. The method is simple, rapid and selective, and was applied to analysis synthetic sample with satisfactory.
