| 摘 要： | 介绍了由中国重型机械研究院设计的一种新型的水平锻造设备-水平锻造液压机,其由一台具有整体闭式框架的垂直液压机和一台组合框架的水平液压机有机组合而成,垂直压机用于夹紧坯料,水平压机用于实施水平锻造成形。夹紧力、夹紧行程和速度可以分别设定和控制,水平锻造力、水平锻造行程和速度可以分别设定和控制,因此,该设备能够满足多种工艺需求。新型水平锻造机投入生产后,使用情况良好。

| Abstract: | A new type horizontal forging equipment-Horizontal forging hydraulic press designed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The press is made up by a vertical press with whole closed type frame and a horizontal press with combination frame.The vertical press is used for clamping rough-pipe.The horizontal press is used for actualizing horizontal forging.The clamping force,stroke and speed,as well as horizontal forging force,stroke and speed can be set and controlled respectively.Therefore,the press can meet various process requirements.It has been worked well since putting it into production. |
