摘    要:针对某钢企1420冷连轧机组多次发生上工作辊止推轴承烧损现象,本文利用有限几分析软件对该轧机辊系进行了CAE分析,得出在轧制力和弯辊力作用下,受中间辊轴向窜动量的影响时上下工作辊在止推轴承段的挠曲度和曲线形态,根据有限元分析结果确定了1420冷连轧机组上工作辊止推轴承烧损的原因。经过相应结构改进,轴承烧损情况得到很大程度的改善。
