摘    要:针对酒钢碳钢薄板厂6号连铸机板坯中心裂纹问题,对辊缝设定值进行了改进,并进行了生产实践,最终通过多方面共同努力,成功克服了板坯中心裂纹,使连铸坯质量合格率由97%左右提高到99.7%以上。

Abstract:For the central crack of slab in No.6 caster of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company,the roller gap setting was improved and the test was performed in production.Eventually central crack of slab was eliminated successfully by several efforts,and the slab pass ratio is up to 99.7% from about 97%.
