基于遗传算法的精密校直机电液伺服系统的仿真研究

摘    要:针对某型号精密校直机电液伺服系统,提出基于遗传算法的PID参数智能整定控制算法,通过构造多项式监测函数,实现PID控制器参数的在线自寻优。仿真结果表明,该控制算法具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应性。

Abstract:This paper proposes an intelligent tuning PID parameter control algorithm based on genetic algorithm for the electro-hydraulic servo system of a precise straightening machine.The on-line self-optimizing of the PID controller parameters has been achieved by constructing a real-time polynomial supervising function.The simulation results indicate that this algorithm has better robustness and self-adaptive capability.
