| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了一种钢管涂层生产线管材外壁除油、去离子设备,包括两套装置,即碱洗装置和酸洗装置,增设碱洗装置以去除管壁油污,增设酸洗装置以去除钢管外壁残留的CL-等离子,从而确保钢管外涂层效果,提高涂层质量。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced two set of equipments for deionizing and degreasing on outer diameter of steel tube in the coating line of steel tube,namely alkaline washing equipment and pickling equipment.The addition of the alkaline washing equipment is to remove the oil on the wall of tube and the addition of the pickling equipment is to remove the residual ions such as CL on the outer surface of the tube to ensure the effect of coating steel tube and improve coating quality. |
