| 摘 要： | 由上海西重所重型机械成套有限公司为宝钢设计成套的钢铁厂烧结配料试验成套设备已顺利投产,该设备采用了先进的工艺及设备,设备主要包括混料装置、布料装置、点火器装置、烧结锅、称量装置、移动小车、落下试验机、筛分装置、顺置式转板电除尘器、料车等,系统混料装置容积可调,布料均匀,自动化程度高,对烧结厂配料起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | The complete set technology and equipment for sintering batch test for steel plants,which is designed by Shanghai XZS Heavy Machinery Integration Co.,Ltd.for Baosteel,was put into use successful.Quite a lot advanced technics are used in the system,including its mixer,distributing device,igniter,sintering pot,weighing device,traveling car,falling tester,screening device,electro-precipitator and charging car,etc.The capacity of mixer used in the system is adjustable with high automation;it could make materials uniformly distributed,playing an important role in the operation. |
