| 摘 要： | 分析了高颈法兰精密辗扩不同控制策略的特点,建立了分析模型和毛坯外截面尺寸计算方法,分析并比较了在给定芯辊进给速度和给定外径增长速度两种控制策略下的特点,提出了适合自动化辗扩生产的控制策略.

| Abstract: | The features of different control strategies of welding neck flange in precision rolling are analyzed. Model and calculation method for section dimensions of blank have been established. Detailed calculation and comparison have been carried out for two kinds of control strategies,i.e. stipulated feeding speed of mandrel and stipulated growing speed of ring. Appropriate control strategy for automatic rolling is put forward. |
