摘    要:分析了中间包钢液中氧化物夹杂的来源及去除方式,并针对中间包结构优化后的冶金效果进行了评述,提出了中间包向大容量深熔池方向发展,以及使用控流装置和使用碱性耐火材料作为工作层,为中间包钢水中氧化物夹杂的去除及提高钢水的洁净度创造了条件。优化后的中间包实际应用后效果良好。

Abstract:The source and removal method of oxide inclusion in tundish molten steel have been analyzed,and the metallurgical results after configuration optimization such as increasing capacity have been presented.It is believed that deep tundish with a large capacity,and the use of flow control devices and basic refractories as the working lining have provided good conditions for removing the oxide inclusion and improving the cleanliness of molten steel.The improved tundish has achieved good results in the industry p...
