H型钢万能轧制变形分析

摘    要:借助有限元分析软件MSC.SuperForm2002对H型钢万能轧制进行了模拟,分析了金属变形特点.分析表明,由于变形条件不同,H型钢万能轧制腹板与翼缘变形不太一致.当腹板的延伸大于翼缘的延伸时,轧件出变形区后出现腹板增厚现象.为使腹板与翼缘延伸一致,避免轧制过程中出现缺陷,翼缘的压下率应大于腹板的压下率.

Abstract:With the aid of finite element analysis software, MSC.SuperForm2002,rolling of H-beam by universal mill is simulated,metal deforming characteristic is analysized mainly.It indicates that deformation of web and flange is not harmonious in rolling due to the different deforming conditions.While the elongation coefficient of web is larger than that of flange,web thickness is increased as it comes out of the roll gap.So,in order to harmonize the elongation coefficient of web and flange and to avoid the rolling defects,The reduction ratio of flange should be larger than that of web.
