稀土渗氮机理浅析

摘    要:在稀土渗氮研究中,对于稀土的渗入形态,稀土在炉气中的反应,稀土渗氮的硬化机理,存在着许多不同的看法,还有待于深入研究。作者在众多学者研究成果的基础上,结合稀土的物理化学特性,和生产实践中所显示的现象,提出了稀土渗入的主要反应和渗入过程,并提出了稀土渗氮硬化机理。希望我们的这些观点、理念能引起业内专家的讨论和斧正,并对专业技术操作人员实施稀土渗氮的新工艺方法有所帮助。

Abstract:There are many different points of view about mfiltrating form of rare earth, reaction of rare earth in furnace gas and the hardening mechanism of rare earth in the reasereh of rare earth nitriding, which subjects to further study. On the basis of results researched by many scholars, the authors put forward the main reaction of rare earth infiltration and infiltration process, and put forward the mechanism of rare earth nitriding hardening. We hope that our these ideas, concept can lead to the discussion and make corrections of the expert in the industry, and be helpful to the professional technical operations staff to implement the new process methods of rare earth nitriding.
