30CrMnSiA钢筒形件超高强度热处理工艺研究

摘    要:为减轻产品质量和降低造价,对30CrMnSiA钢薄壁筒形件进行可控气氛加热淬火+低温回火及除氢超高强度热处理工艺试验,使其抗拉强度和断后伸长率均达到45CrNiMo1VA、D6AC超高强度钢的要求,满足了产品试制和生产的需要。试验表明:在一定条件下,采用合适的热处理工艺,采用30CrMnSiA钢替代45CrNiMo1VA、D6AC超高强度钢;当采用淬火+低温回火的热处理工艺时,应尽可能提高30CrMnSiA材料的塑性和韧性,并防止氢脆。

Abstract:To lighten the product weight and cost,the ultra-high strength heat treatment process of the 30CrMnSiA tube part with thin-walled was tested by controllable atmosphere heating quenching,low tem-perature tempering and dehydrogenation,the tensile strength and elongation after fracture met the require-ments of 45CrNiMo1VA and D6AC ultra-high strength steel,and satisfied the requirement of product trial and production.The test shows that under certain condition,the 30CrMnSiA steel can be used to substi-tube for 45CrNiMo1VA and D6AC ultra-high strength steel after proper heat treatment process.The plastic-ity and toughness of 30 CrMnSiA materials should be improved to avoid hydrogen brittleness with the heat treatment process of quenching+tempering at low temperature.
