松香基咪唑啉的合成及其性能的研究

摘    要: 以松香和多乙烯多胺为原料合成了松香基咪唑啉(ORI)。并通过正交实验,对影响反应的各个因数进行模拟回归,得出适宜的反应条件:反应温度在230℃~240℃,二乙烯三胺和松香的摩尔用量比为1.6∶1,反应时间为5小时,体系的真空度2.67 kPa~5.33 kPa.

Abstract:SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF ROSIN-BASED IMIDAZOLINE HE Wen-shen(1),XIE Hu(1),ZHOU Yong-hong(2) 1.Nanjing University of Technology; 2.Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products,CAF A series of oil-soluble rosin-based imidazoline (ORI) were synthesized.The influence of some factors on the synthesis process of rosin-based imidazoline were studied.The optimal processing parameters were obtained through fractional factorial test: Reaction temperature was 230 ℃~240 ℃;the molar ratio of diethylene triamine (DETA) to rosin was 1.6∶1;reaction time was 5 h;and the reaction pressure was 2.67 kPa~5.33 kPa. rosin; imidazoline; synthesis
