氟碳涂料在热水器水温传感器上的应用

摘    要:利用加速试验测试了涂料的阻垢性能,通过高温高压试验研究了氟碳涂料的耐压及耐热性能,并用SEM - EDX联用技术对样品表面进行了成分分析.结果表明:氟碳涂料应用在水温传感器上可以有效的防止水垢的生成,延长热水器的使用寿命.

Abstract:Fluorocarbon coating has excellent properties, the scaling prevention of the coating was tested through accelerated experiment, as well as the press-resistant and heat-resistant properties. Also by SEM- EDX, the surface compositions were analyzed. The results showed that fluorocarbon coating could effec-tively prevent the scaling of temperature sensor,so that to exten its service life.
