摘    要:应用金相,SEM、X射线衍射仪和能谱分析技术分析了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢取样管泄漏的原因,结果表明,取样管泄漏是由于取样管运行的工作应力和冷却却的收缩阻力与微量的Cl^-导致的应力腐蚀开裂。

Abstract:The leakage of a steam sampling tube made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in a power plant was analyzed using optical microscope,SEM, X\|Ray and chemical analysis. The results showed that the loading stress during service at high temperatures and the axial tensile stress due to the resistence to the contraction of the tube during cooling and trace element of Cl-lead to the SCC of the tube.\=
