2024T3铝合金初始不连续状态的研究

摘    要:在探讨了材料初始不连续状态的计算方法的基础上建立了基于断裂力学的估算模型,并用AFGROW软件对2024T3铝合金的初始不连续状态值进行了估算.结果表明,2024T3铝合金材料的初始不连续状态符合双参数威布尔分布,并给出了初始不连续状态分布在预腐蚀试件疲劳寿命估算时的应用实例,其结果与试验值较为吻合.

Abstract:The concept initial discontinuity state(IDS) was developed just several years ago in an attempt to describe the as-manufactured or as-produced state of material.In this paper,a number of IDS values were determined for several smooth specimens of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy.A crack growth analysis software AFGROW was used to develop the IDS.The results indicate that the calculated IDS values scatter widely.A statistical analysis shows that the distribution of the calculated IDS values fit well with Weibull distribution.
