热海水中Zn-Al-Cd阳极腐蚀机理的探讨

摘    要:研究了高温海水中Zn-Al-Cd合金的电化学性能,同时提出了一种假设解释锌合金阳极腐蚀行为.该假设认为:在热海水中,铝在晶界处一定程度的偏析能够活化锌合金阳极,但这种活化作用将随着铝含量的增加而减弱.此外,Zn-Al-Cd的晶间腐蚀与晶界处存在着活跃的铝有关,氢的扩散对晶间腐蚀的产生起着催化作用,并能使腐蚀加剧,这一机制能够很好地解释试验中的现象.文章还分析了电位波动曲线与腐蚀产物脱落难易的关系.

Abstract:Based on the experimental study on the electrochemical properties of Zn-Al-Cd anodes at elevated temperatures in seawater,a hypothesis is postulated in this paper that aluminum segregation at the grain-boundaries of Zn-Al-Cd alloys would activate the anodes, but the action would decrease with increasing content of A;. The paper also proposes that the existence of Al containing segregats at grain boundaries may facilitate the intergranular corrosion of Zn-Al-Cd alloys in hot seawater, and the hydrogen diffusion would act as a catalyst so that aggravate the corrosion. This mechanism can satisfactorily explain the corrosion behavior of the alloys in the experiments. The relation between the change of the potentialtime curves and the spallation of corrosion-products was also studied in the paper.
