真空熔烧Ni基合金-WC复合涂层疲劳强度的研究

摘    要:采用旋转弯曲疲劳试验的方法,比较真空熔烧Ni基合金-WC复合涂层试样与未涂层试样在正火处理后的疲劳强度。测量正火前后涂层与基体的洛氏硬度,还测试涂层与基体的显微硬度变化规律。用扫描电镜观测涂层的微观组织,用X射线能谱仪测量熔烧后涂层中各相化学成分,用X衍射仪分析涂层的相结构。借助这些微观测试来分析疲劳试验结果。

Abstract:By means of bend-rotation fatigue tests,fatigue strength of Ni base-WC composite coating specimens and noncoated specimens are compared. The HRC hardnesses of the coating and substrate are measured. The distributions of microhardness are measured around the interface. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) is used for microstructure. Energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX) is performed to measure chemical composition of some phase. Crystal structures are determined by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD). They are used to explain fatigue testing resultes.
