化学镀法制备纳米Ni-Al2O3复合粉体的研究

摘    要:氧化铝陶瓷是应用最为广泛的一类陶瓷,但其自身的特点限定了它的应用.为了获得性能更加优良的氧化铝陶瓷,采用化学镀方法对平均粒径200nm的Al2O3粉末进行化学镀镍,制备出了纳米级的Ni-Al2O3复合粉体,并筛选出了合适的前处理和化学镀工艺.通过扫描电镜及能谱分析结果可知,采用该化学镀工艺,能在Al2O3颗粒表面得到表面形态较好的均匀的镍镀层.镀层主要由Ni相和P相组成,其镀层含磷量为9.94%.改良后的复合粉体,其性能将得到很大的改善.

Abstract:Ceramics A1203 is the kind of ceramics whose application is the most, but its speciality limits it. For achieving the better one, a new process, which includes electroless nickel plating on nano Al2O3,is developed for preparation of Ni-Al2O3 nano-composite powders. The proper pretreatment and technology are filtered out. The surface of the particulate is examined by SEM, and the component is analyzed by energy spectrum. The results show that the electroless nickel plating on the nano Al2O3 powder substrates is obtained. At the same time,the main component of plating is nickel and phosphor, and the content of phosphor is 9.94%. The performance of the compound powder improved will be better.
