| 摘 要： | 通过腐蚀试验,结合镀层的形貌观察,研究了不同稳定剂对化学镀镍-磷的影响,认为镀层的耐蚀性不仅取决于镀层磷含量,而且与镀层成分分布、形貌、缺陷等因素有关,而稳定剂的适当选择是个重要因素。

| Abstract: | The effect of various stabilizers on the electroless Ni-plating is studied by means of corrosion test combined with the analysis on the morphology of the platings. It points out that the corrosion resistance of the plating does not only depend on the Pcontent, but also relates to the composition distribution, morphology and defects of the platings. And the choice of the stabilizer is of great importance. |
