摘    要:采用适宜的溶液组成和工艺条件,能够得到银白色,非晶态Ni-Mo-P合金镀层,研究了不同的工艺条件对镀速和镀层质量的影响,检测了镀层的耐蚀性和显微硬度,得到一些重要结果。

Abstract:With the adoption of appropriate solution composition and technology conditions,the silvery white non crystal Ni Mo P alloy coating can be obtained.Then the affection of different technic conditions on the speed of electrodeposition and the quality of the coating is studied,and the corrosion resistance and the microhardness of the coating are studied.Some important results have been achieved.
