清洁型刷涂铁系磷化液研究

摘    要:根据磷化液中所有的分子或离子均成为磷化膜成分或在磷化膜干燥过程中挥发,研制了一种清洁型刷涂铁系磷化液.研究了磷化温度、pH值等对磷化质量的影响,并探讨了磷化机理.结果表明,该磷化液在3~40℃刷涂生成膜重1.3~1.6g/m2、耐CuSO4溶液点滴时间达220~350s的彩色磷化膜.

Abstract:Based on the ideal that all the molecules or ions in the phosphating solution can enter into composition of the phosphating film and they can volatilize during drying the phosphating film, a clean and brush-painting ferric-system phosphating solution has been developed. The effects of some factors such as phosphating temperature and pH value, etc. on the quality for phosphating were investigated. The mechanism on phosphating was also explored. Results show that this kind of phosphating solution can be formed a color phosphating film at the temperature of 340, having a film weight of 1.31.6 g/m~2. The time of the film with standing dropped for CuSO_4 solution is up to 220350 s.
