| 摘 要： | 研究了低温磷化过程中 ,促进剂对磷化过程的影响 ,通过对促进剂的优选 ,提出了低温快速磷化液的合理配方 ,得到的磷化膜通过硫酸铜点滴实验和盐水浸泡实验测试 ,其耐蚀性符合标准。同时对磷化过程中的电位变化进行了初步研究。

| Abstract: | The effect of accelerator on phosphorizing process in the course of cold phosphorizing was studied.Submitted the sensible composition of cold rapid phosphorizing solution by optimizing the accelerator.The phosphorzing film that achieved passed the measurements of copper sulfate drop test and salt liquor immersion test,its wearability satisfied the standard. |
