| 摘 要： | 目的制备一种低温一次烧成搪瓷涂料,并研究其性能。方法调整搪瓷配方中耐火与助熔化合物的配比,细化搪瓷粉体粒度,采用低温长烧工艺制备搪瓷涂料。通过SEM观察瓷层的微观结合形貌,考察密着性能,最后通过柠檬酸溶液处理测试其耐酸性能。结果最佳烧成工艺参数为:烧成温度780℃,烧结时间8 min。结论涂料密着性能良好,耐酸性能良好,在保证低温烧成的情况下,搪瓷涂料具备其他良好的性能。
