摘    要:为了进一步提高Fe55自熔性舍金粉末熔敷层的耐磨性能,在Fe55合金粉末中添加了碳化钨、铬铁、碳化硅颗粒,利用中频感应加热在42CrMo钢表面进行熔敷.通过正交试验研究了碳化钨、铬铁、碳化硅颗粒加入量对熔敷层组织、结构、硬度及耐磨性的影响.研究表明:铬铁添加量在10%,碳化钨添加量在8%,碳化硅添加量在3%时,熔敷层组...

Abstract:In order to further improve the wear resistance of the Fe55 spray melt alloy powder cladding layer,the Fe55 melt alloy powder in adding different compositions of tungsten carbide,ferrochrome,silicon carbide particles was deposited on the 42CrMo surface with medium frequency induction heating.The effect of addition of tungsten carbide,chromium iron,silicon carbide particle on the organization,structure,hardness and wear resistance of coating was studied by orthogonal experiment.Research shows that: when ferrochrome additives quantity in 10%,tungsten carbide in 8%,silicon carbide in 3%,the cladding layer organization form for tiny branches crystal and cellular crystal,the organization mainly for martensite organizations and retained austenite organization,and have Cr9.1Si0.9,W3Cr12Si5,Cr2B etc of carbide and carbon boron carbide distribution on cladding layer,HRC reach up to 60,wearability improving 1.7 times than Fe55.
