摘    要:采用封闭非平衡磁控溅射法制备了CrN硬质镀层,以热固性塑料PA66和ABS为其中一个摩擦副,在Pin-on-disc磨损试验机上测试了对磨CrN硬质镀层和M42高速钢时的摩擦系数。应用立体显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对摩擦副表面磨损轨迹的微观形貌及磨屑进行了观察和分析。结果表明:CrN硬质薄膜与M42高速钢对磨PA66和ABS塑料时,CrN硬质薄膜的摩擦系数要比高速钢小,而且数值稳定;塑料直接与高速钢对磨的摩擦系数波动较大。

Abstract:CrN hard coatings were deposited onto steel substrate using closed unbalanced field magnetron sputter ion plating system.Friction coefficient of CrN hard coatings and M42 high speed steel(HSS) against plastics(PA66,ABS) were investigated using Pin-on-disc tester.The microstructures of worn surfaces and wear debris of CrN films were observed using SEM and stereomocroscope.The results show that the friction coefficient of CrN hard coatings is smaller and more stable than that of M42 HSS when wearing against plastics(PA66,ABS).The friction coefficient is unstable when the plastics direct wear the high-speed steel.
