摘    要:介绍漆前表面预处理技术理论方面的发展.在国外,表面活性剂在化学除油中广泛应用,相应地,除油机理也有发展.采用超滤等技术处理除油废水,除油废水被回收利用,并且极少量排放.低锌和低锌锰改性磷化由于具有优异的耐蚀性,正在取代常规锌盐磷化技术.详细介绍了低锌和低锌锰改性磷化涂层的特性与磷化液的组成,探讨了磷化层的结构和性质之间的关系.简要介绍了有机磷化剂的基本概念和在涂料涂装工业中的应用情况.

Abstract:New development in cleaning and surface preparation and zinc phosphating is introduced in this paper. Surfactants are widely used in aqueous cleaning for removing soil. Therefore, the mechanisms of aqueous cleaning have been expanded. Recycling and reusing wastewater virtually eliminate water effluent. Normal zinc phosphating process has been replaced by the use of low zinc or low zinc-modified processes that creates an outstanding performance in all corrosion testing environments. The properties of these coatings and component of these phosphating solutions are introduced.Organic coatings by adding arylphosphonic acid can form organic phosphatizing coatings that show superior protective performance.
