摘    要:为提高30CrMnSi表面的激光吸收率,在对其进行激光淬火处理前先进行预处理,采用了磷化和黑化2种不同的预处理方式,分析了采用不同预处理工艺所得的金相组织和显微硬度.实验结果表明:磷化和黑化处理都可以提高材料表面的激光吸收率,但磷化处理更容易控制具体参数;在相同的激光功率和扫描速度下,经过磷化工艺预处理的处理层厚度比未经预处理的处理层提高了0.2mm.

Abstract:In order to enhance the laser absorption rate to 30CrMnSi surface,the pretreatment was carried on before using laser quenching processing to it.Phosphating treatment and blackening treatment as two different ways have been used and the microstructure and the microhardness have been analyzed under different pretreatment craft.The result indicates that the laser absorption rate of the material surface may be enhanced by two ways,but the phosphating treatment is easier to control the concrete parameter.Under t...
