摘    要:摩擦喷射复合电沉积技术是新近发展起来的一种高速电沉积技术,该技术具有沉积速度快、镀厚能力强、镀层性能优良等特点。本文介绍了该技术的原理、特点,探讨了工艺因素对镀层质量的影响,并对该技术今后的发展提出了建议。

Abstract:Friction & spraying composite electro-deposition technology is a new high-speed electroplating technology in resent years, which has a series of virtues of high deposition velocity,strong capability of thick composite plating and excellent properties with composite coating. Its theory and characteristic were reviewed.The influences of technical factors on quality were discussed and some advice of future development was given in this paper.
