聚四氟乙烯射频等离子体表面改性研究

摘    要:采用氧等离子体对PTFE粘接件进行处理,测试了压剪粘接件和拉伸粘接件的粘接强度,分析了氧等离子体处理前后PTFE的接触角变化情况,同时,采用了AFM对PTFE进行了表面形貌的观察.

Abstract:Couples of PTFE samples have been treated in oxygen plasma vessel. The treated couples include compression-shearing ones and tensile. After bonded with epoxy adhesive and cured at room temperature in a week, their compression-shearing strength and tensile strength have been tested. The sample's contact angles have been examined before and after oxygen plasma modification, meanwhile the morphology has also been investigated by means of AFM.
