摘    要:磨损导致能源浪费和零部件失效 ,为减少或抑制摩擦磨损 ,通过润滑油品配方设计和有效利用摩擦产生的物理化学作用 ,提出了摩擦自适应、摩擦成膜自修复、原位摩擦化学自修复 3种自修复原理 ,并依据自修复原理提出了纳米润滑材料的自修复设计构思

Abstract:Resources were wasted and some mechanical parts lost efficacy because of wear and tear. For the sake of friction-reduction and anti-wear, three self-repair principle, tribo-self-adapt, tribo-self-repair of forming film, in-situ tribo chemical self-repair, realizing by using the design of lubricant and effect of physics or chemistry were brought forward, the design conception of Nano-lubricating Materials as Self-Repair Additives of self-repair were expatiated.
