摘    要:阐述了热喷涂过程中残余应力产生的原因以及主要残余应力的测试方法,介绍了各种测试方法的原理及各自的优势和局限性,并对各种测试方法进行了比较.

Abstract:The reasons which caused the residual stress in the process of thermal spray and the main test technique of residual stress were explained in the paper. The principles of various test methods and their advantage and shortage were introduced, and all kinds of test techniques were compared.
