摘    要:研究了酸性硫酸盐电镀锌铁体系中不溶性阳极,可溶性阳极对镀液中Zn2 、Fe2 浓度的影响及镀层中成分的影响.采用锌、铁、石墨作联合阳极,其面积比为S锌:S铁:S石墨=1.5:1:1时,镀液中Zn2 、Fe2 浓度基本保持一致,镀层合金的成分变化较小.此外,镀液中Zn2 浓度的微量变化,对镀层中的成分影响不大.

Abstract:Variations of concentrations of the two parent metals and of the composition of the alloy coating are studied in sulfate bath by employing the insoluble anodes and soluble ones. By simply suspending zinc anode, iron anode, and graphite in the bath from a common bar, when the ratios of the areas of zinc anode, iron anode, and graphite anode are 1.5:1:1 , satisfactory maintenance of concentrations of the two parent metals can be obtained, the fluctuations in composition of the alloy are rather small. Furthermore, the concentration of zinc in the bath fluctuate a little, the composition of the alloy would not fluctuate.
