高耐蚀常温磷化液的研制

摘    要:为了解决常温磷化液的耐蚀性较差的问题,开发了一种高耐蚀常温磷化液.此磷化液以常温磷化液为基础,并利用高分子聚合物覆膜,使磷化和高分子覆膜合二为一同步完成,达到常温磷化高耐蚀的目的.论述了常温磷化液和水溶性高分子聚合物的合成配方和合成方法.

Abstract:In order to solve poor corrosion resistance of phosphating at room temperature, a high corrosion resistant phosphating is developed. The phosphating is based on phosphating at room temperature using high polymer coating, and the two surface treatment process successed with a same process. The high corrosion-resistant problems of phosphating at room temperature have been settled. Moreover, the synthetic composition and methods of phosphating at room temperature and water-soluble high polymer are discussed.
