| 摘 要： | 研究了一种室温多功能磷化液,可在一个工序内完成除油、除锈、磷化三个过程.磷化方式采用涂抹型,工艺简单,施工方便,特别适用于一些无法入槽浸泡磷化的大型工件.通过对膜层的耐蚀性、电化学性能的考察发现,此种磷化膜具有优良的耐蚀性能,且性能稳定,无污染,具有工业应用推广价值.

| Abstract: | The composition,performances and usage of a new room temperature phosphating solution with multipurpose are given out by experiments. It takes that oil cleaning, rust cleaning, and phosphating are completed by one-step into tact.lt is easy for it to adopt daubing.Especially for those large workpieces that can not be put into phosphating solution. It has been found by corrosion-resistant and electrochemistry experiments that the phosphating film is more corrosion-resistantanle, and fits for industry, because of it's stableness of characters and no posison. |
