摘    要:利用低温气体多元共渗技术将N、C、O元素同时渗入40Cr钢表面形成改性层,从而改善材料表面性能,得到高硬度,高耐磨性以及高的疲劳强度.用SEM检测了试样的金相组织及渗层厚度,结果表明经多元共渗后表面改性层由疏松层、白亮层、过渡层组成.白亮层的硬度最高,显微硬度为850HV.通过摩擦磨损试验表明,多元共渗后40Cr表面耐磨性能显著提高.

Abstract:The modified layer was prepared on the surface of 40Cr by gas multi-element penetration technique at low temperate. The microstructure of the modified layer was determined by SEM. Result shows that the modified layer is composed of the loose layer, the bright layer and the transition layer. The surface hardness of 40Cr is improved, the microhardness of the surface is about 850HV. Through this method, the wear performance of 40Cr is enhanced notably.
