摩托车发动机缸体激光表面处理实验与研究

摘    要:激光表面处理的飞速发展,给其在摩托车零部件制造上的应用提供了巨大空间.对摩托车缸体进行激光表面处理后,可显著提高其耐磨性,以解决国产摩托车发动机耐磨性差的问题.进而使发动机的使用寿命得到提高,大修周期得以延长,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:The rapid development of laser surface treatment has provided great space for the application to the manufacturing of motorcycle components. The wear resistance of motorcycle cylinder could be obviously improved after it got the laser surface treatment. Thus the problem of weak wear resistance of domestic motorcycle cylinder is resolved. Therefore the overhaul period and lifetime of the engine is prolonged. So it has good social and economic results.
