原位合成TiC_p/AZ91D镁基复合材料的高温流变行为

摘    要:采用原位合成法制备了TiCp/AZ91D镁基复合材料,研究了其高温流变行为。结果表明,铸态TiCp/AZ91D镁基复合材料在高温压缩变形过程中存在稳态流变特征,流变应力随着温度的升高和应变速率的降低而降低。在较低温度范围内,TiC颗粒强化效果明显。随着温度的升高,增强相对基体AZ91D镁合金的增强效果逐渐消失。

Abstract:The TiCp/AZ91D magnesium matrix composites have been composed in situ and its thermo-flow behavior has been investigated.The results show that steady-state flow characteristic have been found in cast TiCp/AZ91D magnesium matrix composites under hot compression deformation;the flow stresses decrease with increasing of deformation temperature and strain rate decreasing.The reinforcing effects of TiC ceramic particles are clear at low temperature condition.But the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing phase on...
