摘    要:分析了激光冲击加载下2A12铝合金组织和力学性能的变化规律,得出以下结论:激光冲击会使2A12铝合金位错密度大幅增加,晶界和晶内出现位错塞积、位错胞状组织等;随变形量的增加,结构中出现大量孪晶,二者互相作用,晶粒破碎细化。这些组织都会不同程度增加2A12铝合金的硬度和强度,从而有效地改善2A12铝合金的力学性能。激光冲击后,冲击区中心点硬度由94 HV升高到145 HV,升高了大约54%。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and microstructure of 2A12 aluminum alloy being laser shock processed(LSP) have been analyzed.The conclusions indicate that the dislocation density of 2A12 aluminum alloy has been greatly increased while the alloy is laser shocked;the dislocation squeezes and dislocation cells occur at the grain boundary and in grains;with the deformation increasing a large number of twins generates;and the crystals break more,so the grains are refined in the structure.The hardness and strength of ...
