| Abstract: | Several common heat treatment processes of aluminium alloy liquid state squeezing die in nation are studied. The distribution of temperature of 3Cr2W8V die, the relation of service life and hardness after heat treatment are discussed. A way of heat treatment process which may increase the synthetical function of squeesing die is given. |
