| Abstract: | The paper outlines the history and present condition of magnesium industry, the property of magnesium alloys and its (excellent)characteristics,the application and development of magnesium alloys on these fields such as electrical, automotive and (bicyclic)manufacture industry, the components, mechanical property and characteristics of foundry and wrought magnesium alloy. The paper also introduces the application and development of magnesium alloy die casting technology, the technology to produce wrought magnesium alloy and the superplasticity of magnesium alloy. |
