复合变质对Al-Mg-Si合金组织与性能的影响

摘    要:试验研究了Al-5Ti-1B与Al-10Sr对Al-Mg-Si合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:复合变质处理后合金基体晶粒细化明显,晶界偏聚减少,Al-Fe-Si相呈鱼骨状。通过挤压+固溶+时效处理后,合金的力学性能均高于单独细化或变质处理合金的,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到261 N/mm2、225 N/mm2和15%。

Abstract:The effect of Al-5Ti-1B refiner and Al-10Sr master alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy has been investigated.The results show that after composite modifier treating the matrix is being refined obviously,the grain boundary segregation declines,and the Al-Fe-Si phase emerges in herringbone shape.The mechanical properties of the alloy which has been composite modifier treated,extruded,solution heat treated and aged are much better than that of which is only treated with either refiner or Al-10Sr master alloy,whose tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 261MPa,225MPa and 15% respectively.
