铸锭气孔对4032铝合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:针对4032铝合金在铸造过程中容易出现气孔问题,研究了铸锭气孔对该合金铸锭和棒材成品组织和性能的影响.结果表明:有气孔铸锭的强度要低于没有气孔铸锭的,但是气孔在一定范围内时对其组织和性能影响不大.

Abstract:This thesis studies the effect of gas holes on the structure and performance of the ingots and finished bar products of 4032 aluminum alloy,according to the fact that gas holes are easy to occur while casting this kind of alloy.The result shows that the strength of the ingots with gas holes is less than that of those without gas holes.However,gas holes in certain range have not great effect on the structure or performance.
