2A12-O铝合金板材加工裂纹缺陷的研究

对2A12铝合金板材加工成形过程中局部出现裂纹的原因进行了研究,金相与能谱分析证明由于金属内部组织中存在氧化夹杂物,在板材轧制过程中形成夹杂分层,导致板材加工变形时因应力集中而开裂。并从熔体炉内精炼处理、在线净化等方面提出了解决措施。
