7N01铝合金板材表面的深灰色条纹和“气泡”缺陷原因分析

摘    要:我公司生产的7N01铝合金板材表面上曾发现有深灰色条纹和"气泡"缺陷,通过对该缺陷进行宏观组织和显微组织的观察及分析得知:板材缺陷处存在大量密集的化合物初晶,此化合物初晶导致板材表面出现深灰色条纹和"气泡"。

Abstract:The dark grey stripes and "bubbles" on 7N01 aluminum alloy sheet surface have been found.The macrostructure and microstructure of these defects have been investigated and analyzed.The investigation results show that there are a large quantity of compound preliminary crystals concentrated at the area of defects.These compound preliminary crystals on the aluminum alloy sheet surface present dark-grey stripes and "bubbles".
