高强度簿壁压力容器钢受力过程的红外热成像研究

摘    要:本文使用一种新的红外振动热图分析方法来研究高强度薄壁压力容器钢和实际容器在受力过程中的红外发射行径,试验测定的红外疲劳裂纹长度与光学测量值有较好的一致性。提出了一种新的压力容器缺陷的无损检测可行途径。

Abstract:The infrared emission from the high strength steel for thin-wall pres-sure vessel and from two vessel models themselves during loading has been examin-ed by use of vibro-thermography. The fatigue crack lengths observed on infraredvibro-thermogram are found to be in good agreement with that by optical measure-ment. Thus, a feasible nondestructive defect detecting test for the pressure vesselmay be suggested.
