摘    要:结构陶瓷可分为氧化物陶瓷、氮化物陶瓷和碳化物陶瓷,它们均具有低的密度,高的耐磨性及抗高温冲蚀特性,是一类可在苛刻环境下服役的材料.本文对其组元构成、晶体结构、性能特点及近期研究进展和应用等诸方面做了综述.

Abstract:The structural ceramics can be classified as oxide ceramics, nitride ceramics and carbide ceramics, which all possess low density, high anti-wearability and strong ability of anti-high temperature erosion, so they are a kind of materials that can be used in severe environments. Their compositions, crystal structures and properties were simply introduced, and the present research progress as well as application was also reviewed.
