摘    要:在模拟的油田高温高压现场环境下研究了普通N80级油套管钢和含4%-5%Cr的N80油套管钢CO2腐蚀产物膜结构和离子选择性特征。结果表明,普通N80油套管钢形成的FeCO3腐蚀产物膜具有阴离子选择透过性,这种特征对基体保护性较差,且容易诱发点蚀:含4%-5%Cr的N80油套管钢形成的Cr(OH)3非晶态腐蚀产物膜具有阳离子选择透过性,它不仅可以显著降低腐蚀速率,而且可以抑制点蚀的发生。

Abstract:In the simulating oilfield downhole corrosive environment with high temperature-high pressure, the structure characteristics and ion selectivity of the CO2 corrosion scale on general N80 steel and 4%-5%Cr N80 steel were studied. The experimental results indicated that the FeCO3 corrosion scale formed on the general N80 steel surface has anion passing selectivity, which could not protect matrix effectively and would enhance the formation of pitting, and the amorphous compound Cr(OH)3 film formed on the 4%-5%Cr containing N80 steel surface has cation passing-selectivity, which could not only reduce the corrosion rate but also prevent the formation of pitting.
