| 摘 要： | 评述了金属半固态成形工艺技术、加工过程模拟技术的进展和现状。建立了连续铸造半固态圆柱坯过程数值模拟的热传导模型，该模型考虑电磁搅拌作用对温度场的影响。进行了不考虑搅拌和二次强制水冷的Ｃｕ连铸过程的初步模拟研究。

| Abstract: | The semi-solid metal forming (SSM) technology and the simulation of the SSM process arereviewed in this paper. The heat transfer models to numerically simulate continuous casting of semi-solidcylindrical ingot are developed, in which the effects of electromagnetic stirring on the temperature fieldare under consideration. Preliminary research on simulation of continuous casting of copper is conducted,where electromagnetic stirring and direct chilling of water have not taken into account. |
