高温合金在钢坯加热炉中的应用

本文阐述了高温合金在钢坯加热炉中的实际应用，钢铁研究总院研制的ＩＳＣｏ－２０，ＩＳＣｏ－２２，ＩＳＣｏ－４０，ＩＳＣｏ－５０，ＩＳＣｏ－５２钴合金系列已先后应用太钢，宝钢，武钢，昆钢，湘钢，大冶钢厂及大连钢厂等热轧厂钢坯加热炉中，合金性能均高于目前同类合金水平，后又研制了了无镍基高温合金ＩＳＷ－５和ＩＳＷ－５０，这是炉用钴合金较好的替代品，也已应用于钢坯加热炉中，使用性能良好。

COBALT BASED ALLOY USED FOR BLOOM HEATINGFURNACE

This paper is concerned with practical application of superalloys in slab and block heatingfurnace. The alloy series of ISCo-20, ISCo-22, ISCo-40, ISCo-50 and ISCo-52 have been developed byus and used in the heating furnaces in the hot rolling mills at Taiyuan-, Baoshan-, Wuhan-, Kunming-,Dayed-and Dalian-Steel Works e.g..The alloy properties are totally super than that of the presently usedalloys. Recently, nickel superalloys without cobalt, marked ISW-5 and ISW-50, as good substitute forfurnace-used cobalt alloys were developed and used in heating furnaces successfuly.
